Becky holds a 200-hour yoga certification and is registered with the Yoga Alliance. She brings the same dedication and passion to the classes she teaches, along with a strong commitment to continued education. In addition to her regular weekly offerings, Becky has led workshops on specialized topics such as breathwork and bone health, highlighting how yoga and fitness can support overall well-being.
